What sizes/shapes are available for the standard EZ Paq?
Our standard EZ Paq is a 6 3/8” x 7 5/8” rectangle with 2 blister compartments for a card and a promotional pen. Download our standard size EZ Paq templates from our Art page. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org if your marketing needs require a custom EZ Paq size or blister shape.
Can EZ Paq be printed on two sides?
Yes. Each EZ Paq is made-to-order using your artwork and can be printed on both sides with 4 color process copy and graphics.
What is the printing process used for EZ Paq?
The EZ Paq products are offset printed.
What are your payment terms?
You must submit a credit application for review/approval to receive Net 30 terms for standard EZ Paq orders.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Can you use my shipper number/preferred carrier?
Yes. Provide the information on your purchase order. Please note that some carriers may not service Fond du Lac, WI, and we will work with you with to resolve this.
Will the exact order quantity be shipped?
EZ Paq final production may result in up to a 5% over or under count and we will bill accordingly.

What file format should be used to submit artwork?

Do you have art templates available?
Yes we do. To download our standard size EZ Paq templates click here.
How long will it take to receive a proof?
A PDF proof is sent out within 48 hours of receipt of the artwork. Jobs with multiple artwork versions may require additional time.
Do you charge for proofs or proof changes?
One PDF proof is provided at no charge per art layout per EZ Paq order. Art alterations and additional proofs are subject to additional charges. For more information, click here.
Are there set-up charges?
Yes. Each EZ Paq order has a $125 set-up charge per art layout.
Can I print more than one artwork version in an order?
Yes, but each version must be printed in a multiple of 1000 units and each requires a separate setup charge of $125.
